Getting around the 30 day research limit

I'd like to research a blueprint from 9-10 which will take 37 days (assuming max skills + implants)

I know it's not possible in high sec stations because of the 30 day research time limit. Where then can I research past the 30 day time limit?

I'm already aware of research POS setups, but is there anywhere else? Low/Null stations? Citadels perhaps?

You can research beyond 30 days in a HS station np when it's the last stage.

Just put it in to cook.

You mean researching from 9ME to 10ME is possible even if the required time is > 30 days?

Yes, just put it in to research.

You couldn't do it if 1-9 went over 30 days, you would have to wait for that to finish first.

The rule of thumb here is that you can always install a job under 30 days or for 1 run, whichever is longer. So it's always possible to research in any facility; you just might have to break it up into multiple interactions.
