Pandemic Horde Inc. Has achieved the remarkable feat of onlining more citadel class structures than any other entity in known space, including entire alliances. This is an unprecedented amount of civilian colonization of the Northern regions, and we would like to invite you all to have a home.

Colonists from every faction across New Eden have flocked to Horde space in droves. Civilian expansion is so rapid, however, that there is now a waiting list for potential Colonists.

This is not a request for aid, (we don't need it) but an invitation to other corporations to expand in other regions of space to offer the obviously interested civilian sectors rapid expansion. This new diaspora across the stars to what we're just a year ago scarcely populated systems will likely have an impact in the near, and far off futures. Join our effort and spread humanity across all of New Eden.

Aren't you worried about pirate infestations in the systems where you do invite colonists? Maybe their presence is almost unnoticeable for a general capsuleer, because our ships cut through theirs like red hot knife through butter. But what about baseliners? For them these pirates represent quite severe and deadly threat.

Honored are the dead, for their legacy guides us.

The pirate presence in the Fade region in predominately Serpentis operatives. The large size of the Horde corporation enables us to police almost every avenue of attack on any one of our outposts. So far there have been only minor incidents involving civilians and pirates, and none of them ended in a significant loss of life or the loss of a citadel class starbase.

Some call me insane. If the universe is sane, then I embrace that label.

Providence has been leading the way in colonisation for years, with more Outposts (similarly populated by colonists) in the Region then many areas of Highsec space. I personally welcome any and all colonisation efforts and look forward to seeing further development, whether here in Providence where we are already beginning to see cultivation of true civilisation, or elsewhere.

Well done Pandemic Horde, but this is merely a first step.

I named it Galente Prime.

Jason actually does a lot of thinking about civilization and how to make it work. Heard some of his ideas and I don't think he'll do any worse than the big4, unless there's a nasty catch I haven't heard about.

Silly man, haven't you learned by now to never take my Summit posts seriously?

My colonists, industry workers, and crew are all well cared for.

Edit: You can take this post seriously.

But only this one!

They are stored in deadspace pockets within deadspace pockets and are scattered around the cluster so frequently that I don't even remember where most of them are
