Unable to access Skill Queue

So I did a bit of searching, and other users had this problem earlier (late 2015, up to Apr 2016), but no clear solutions was provided.

I can't see the skill queue/training queue. Clicking on the tiny bar under the profile picture does nothing at first, clicking it again prompts to save changes to the queue. As if the window is invisible.

Tried:
- Clearing cache
- Switching between Wine/Cider
- Different resolutions + window/full screen
- Reset window positions

I can't add any skills to the queue, its empty right now.
I know this problem was resolved for some by simply waiting out a downtime cycle, and for others dev's said they cleaned up their queues due to some 'brain-in-a-box' something.

Any ideas what I could do to get around this? Is there no known workaround?
