Releasing GUI v1000 to address some issues:

- Agressive throttling of data sync between launcher and server to significantly reduce overhead.

- Username field is now pre-populated with last logged in account name and input focus is set on password. If no username is available, Username has input focus instead.

- Accounts that have previously been linked, are now automatically unlinked when they are logged in again without ticking the Remember me box. This is also still possible using the "x" icon on each account separately in the account list.

- Client profile associations with accounts should now persist even though account has not been marked for remembering.

We are currently reworking the UX for this to simplify the flow and make it more self-explanatory.
