Done

I've also took the chance to update the item list to this expansion and fix a problem with the slow login times. It should take no more than 10-15 seconds for 99% of users now. Let me know if something else is wrong.

Basic implementation for now, but this should be useful for some.

Updated the market orders status and price check to the new CREST domain. They should be working as normal now.

I often rely on regional buy orders to sell to Jita buy orders, would it be possible in the trade assistant to add this? allow me to look at the highest regional buy order for an item versus Jita 4-4's highest buy order?

I have a few questions about this.

How do you handle broker fees on cancelled orders? The broker fee is charged when the order is made, but there won't be any actual transactions to apply the costs to. Also, how would you handle partially completed orders that are cancelled?

Second, I am noticing drastic changes in the profits reported on a day several days later. For example, On 6-4, I showed a profit on Evetrademaster of around 500 million when I recorded it at about 00:00 EVE time of 6-6 (could be off by several hours). Now, I am showing that day as a 400 million loss. If we assume I was stupid, and I just forgot to record the entry as a negative, it is still a change in the profits of 100 million isk.

Let me know your username and I'll see what's wrong. Typically, the 'daily profits' are updated once a day around 00-01 am eve time.

I'm currently in the process of rewriting the profit calculations to fix some small inconsistencies. Right now, taxes aren't deducted until the item is re-sold, which is one of the things the new calculation will fix.

I am trying to get this thing setup, and it keeps telling me my permissions are not set up correctly. I don't see where you say what permissions are required.

Never mind I got it, had to click the link.

Not yet.

Also, thanks to some users' feedback I altered the profit calculation formulas slightly for more accurate results. If anyone notices any inconsistent data, let me know!

Hi,

I use your tools, it's awesome, very usefull for profit tracking, but i have question, why the sell order value is calculated from the average value of the item in sell order ? The goal of trading is buy low for sell high, in this case, the sell order is not representative.I would prefer show the real value of the sell order Blink

Thanks

It was that way initially, but I changed it for a few reasons, mainly accuracy and from some people's suggestions. Some people set absurdly high or low orders in some hubs (lowballing, scamming attempts, etc) which can easily inflate your total assets value, turning all sorts of net worth graphs pointless.

You are correct that some items are worth more in some stations/regions than others, but one could also claim items aren't worth more than the average value until you've sold them.

In the future I might consider adding an option to evaluate your orders by average price or by listed price.

I have questions about the statistics page now. When I look at the detailed profits, it shows that I had a 30% loss on an item. It says buy price around 3000 isk per unit, and sell price of 2070 isk per unit. (roughly.) When I look at transaction history, I show that I bought the items yesterday at around 2000 isk per unit, and sold them at 2140 isk per unit. I can't figure out where these numbers are coming from for the detailed profits. I guess the sell price could be actual sell price minus tax and broker fees, but the buy price is just completely wrong.

My second question is about the statistics page, I want to know where you get the information to calculate the daily profits, because I am concerned that if it uses the detailed profits to calculate the daily profits then I don't think I can trust those numbers.

When you look at the detailed profits page you should be able to see when the transactions for it come from:

http://imgur.com/RKvlVxP

and they should all be somewhere in your transaction history. The most likely scenario is that the program is matching earlier purchases of that item with your sales, which is why the results are different than you expect. By default it always assumes what you buy first is what sold first. The values you see in the profits table already include taxes (where transactions in the transactions page do not).

If this doesn't clear it up send me a PM with a screenshot on the profits table and I'll see what's wrong.

This is a great tool, but without being able to load corp transactions it is useless to myself and many other players. Please could you prioritize this feature?

I know Sad. Back when I started creating this I honestly had no clue corp wallets were so widely used for trading, and thesedays I don't have as much time to spare for side projects like this. It's on the priority list for sure, though, but time is always an issue

Hey, I'm really interested in using this tool! But, I don't see an option to use CREST. Will you be implementing CREST? The sheer change in security makes it worth it.

Thanks.

Which part of crest? It's currently using the market endpoints for live prices and history data.

I've recently released a new major version of ETM. New UI, new features, new charts and better stability (I hope). You can read more about it in the news section: https://www.evetrademaster.com
