Pistols on the other hand are so inelegant, Miss Kim. They have many moving parts, require maintenance, need ordnance to operate and you need permits to own them!

Plus, knives can be thrown!

Oh, I tend to always carry with me a couple or a bit more of guns.

As for thrown knives, usually they fly at rather low speed that allows you to catch them and throw them back at the sender. With exception of nova knives, of course. On the other hand, if I am not mistaken, nova knives stop working as you release the handle for safety reasons.

I have a soft spot for long knives. Useful for everything. If it doesn't require adhesion, your long blade can probably do the job until you can acquire a proper tool.

Don't get me wrong--I am in no way supporting the hack, slap, and pray it runs philosophy the Republic is known for, but if I had to choose two tools to get me through the workday? Long knife and a roll of good tape. Sometimes, dammit, you just have to get the job done and do the paperwork afterwards.

Maybe not elegance, but efficiency.

Well i have found as a mercanary that nova knives can destroy a tank and are about 1 meter long so in close quarters are in many ways more effective than a Shotgun also from my research nova knives while being developed by a Caldari corporation are used heavily by minmatar scouts

I've found that katakkiket nova are just... a bit too much for my taste. That said, they are bar none for impromptu steelwork.

To be honest when I use a knife it is usually a magnetically accelerated ballistic knife and it can still kill most targets and even light attack vehicles and is my second favorite sidearm with my favorite being the breach scrambler pistol tied with the bolt pistol

I like talking about weapons, this is fun.

Let's talk about weapons.

I like rifles, shotguns, and submachine guns.

Orbital artillery. I like going for the shock and awe. Besides, if you're determined to kill something, you should be determined enough to make sure the job is done, and nothing says "Target Eliminated" quite like raining unholy hell down upon your target and everything within 20Km of them.

A little trust goes a long way. The less you use, the further you'll go.

What kind of pistol are you wielding? The ones I had handled only have the chambering mechanism, the hammer, the recoil compensator, the magazine and the bullets being the moving parts; most of which (except the bullets) being spring operated rather than anything particularly complicated.

You load your knives into gauss or rail weapons?

A Minmatar warship is like a rusting Beetle with 500 horsepower Cardillac engines in the rear, armour plating bolted to chassis and a M2 Browning stuck on top.

It's situational sometimes I use both
