forget the name of one of the characters

I also have other account sharing the same email,I know the user name and password but forget the name of one of the characters(haven't logged in from this IP). What can I do? thank for the help~~~

A petition is surest bet.

But I'd dig through old emails to see if you've got something with the old char name...maybe you filed a previous petition or something?

Else..maybe the char you posted with had some eve-mail communication with that char? I don't know how long old eve-mails last, but I've got some pretty old ones in my account.

Also...not sure if it's required to have a char name...but can you login to the api creation area and create an api key? That would give a list of char names.

I've had this happen. Open a support ticket giving the name of the account and the email address you used to set it up in the first place. They will email you the name of the characters on that account.

As long as you still have access to the email address tied to that account, it's a pretty painless process.
