Custom Code Expertise:

Expertise in cutting through the red tape of customs regulations. Reduces Import and Export empire tax in Customs Offices by 10% per level.

This does not affect InterBus Customs Offices.



Ok, which Customs Offices does this skill affect? Which ones are InterBus COs?

they made a tax on player offices and a player tax. its cuts the npc tax side but not the player tax

ie customs is 10%
player corp is 10%
total is 20% tax of exported goods

lvl 5 is 50% with the skill

customs tax becomes 5%
player corp is still 10%
overall tax is 15%

Ok, say I'm at the Customs Office in a 0.3 system, it says the tax rate is 10%. That number isn't changing with levels in Custom Code Expertise. No matter what my skill is, it still says 10%.

Think only >0.4 CO's have npc tax on them, so the skill is only applicable to high sec PI.

They exist in wormholes and whenever a corp with POCOs ceases to exist they revert to interbus.
as for this skill the only word that comes to mind is "meh"
