bump we are finally getting somewhere I could take him apart and get 16.5 that is why I set that as the opening bid. I have a tenancy to forget about him but will check tonight when I get home from work. I have to pay to transfer him so I need to get at least 18 bill to break even, any offer over 18 bill I will strongly consider as I do want to get this over with .

I am sending him the ISK and the details per the mail he sent me
