Sup folks!

If you had Citadel based SELL orders up today, you might want to check they are still there. Various people are reporting that some of their SELL orders are not up in-game, are up in the API, the items from the order are in their hangar and no refund of fees has been received.

I've not been personally impacted, but I only had BUY orders up in Citadels today. I had thousands of SELL orders up in NPC stations and I've not been able to identify any orders missing from those as yet.

This may have only "happened" at downtime today.

I would suggest you manage your expectations if you do contact customer support on this, they appear to be somewhat overloaded and have been for some months.

Emphasis in these quotes is mine:

Unfortunately we were able to confirm that many market orders in Citadels were indeed canceled after DT due to a bug, which was triggered by a fix for fuel consumption of structure modules (but the problem is not directly related to fuel consumption).

We are currently working on resolving this problem (we will probably revert the fuel consumption fix tomorrow at DT and deploy a proper solution later).

We are very sorry about those canceled market orders. If you lost any money in taxes due to this problem: Feel free to contact our customer support.

Orders should be safe again, as we are deploying the temporary fix (=revert) in today's DT.

Yeah, market slots are indeed not freeing up correctly, which is apparently not a completely new bug, but this problem triggered it massively.

There is one workaround: You should still be able to create single market orders, only multiple orders at the same time will be blocked. A support ticket will not really help as our GMs have no way to fix this (as far as I can see).
