Not many know that when I successfully qualified for the Federal Navy Academy’s Capsuleer training program, I was already on the path to become a fighter pilot. Had I continued along that path I probably would have died, frozen and forgotten, in some backwater nullsec system years ago. Millions of fighter pilots have already perished, as I would have.

Millions of lives gone, lost to the void of space, on top of all the other casualties caused by the rise of the capsuleer.

For me and so many other prospective, current, and former fighter pilots, the story of the Valkyrie and the Guristas’ research hits home. We know too many lost, too many missing.

Fortunately, we were given the opportunity to aid the Valkyrie. One of the consequences of our decision to take that opportunity is that we now have the foundations of technology that could drastically reduce, or possibly even eliminate, the ever-increasing casualties among strike craft pilots; casualties that have spiked in recent months with recent changes to the capabilities of carriers and their options when employing strike craft against their targets. Rather than allowing these death tolls to climb ever higher and ever faster, let us instead attempt to lessen or offset the death and destruction we Capsuleers bring to this cluster.

Not all of us are the monsters that the media likes to make us out to be. But our actions speak far louder than our words: take the opportunity to show it to be true. Helping pilots like the Valkyrie, and developing technology along their lines could eventually lead to similar benefits for not only the pilots manning our strike craft, but also those that crew our ships or live on our stations and outposts.

We have another opportunity to help change the world around us for the better lying ahead of us. It is not just our responsibility, but also our duty, to take it.

Ms. Lagann, thank you for your statements.

Pilots;

As you may well recall, ARC announced its intent to stockpile subcompact TEBS devices for study upon news of their development by the Guristas. Analysis of communications intercepts followed, with notable discoveries including the relation between this technology and clone soldier technology, the rehabilitation of Jirai ‘Fatal’ Laitanen, and the targeting of CONCORD signatory fighter wings for capture and rehabilitation under the Guristas project.

The latest news verifies Laitanen’s rehabilitation. Fatal is alive and active, and a specific enemy of the Valkyrie.

However, it also appears that the Guristas may have abandoned their existing infrastructure for the extraction of fighter pilots, which marks a success for the Valkyrie and those capsuleers that supported them.

Specifically, I would like to highlight the efforts of IKAME surveyor Jaret Victorian, who organized the analysis of communications intercepts and provided the largest share of them, and ARC coordinator Morwen Lagann, who personally collected a significant stockpile of subcompact TEBS devices. Additionally, I would like to thank pilot Trii Seo for identifying Vellaine, and pilots Mistig Ri, Elina Demai, and Virio for providing additional intercepts. Pilots Khaprice, Haidere, Parious MeHoff, Travelling Hurricane, and Suzuha Yamada also have my thanks for contributing TEBS to the research effort.

At this time, the majority of ARC’s subcompact TEBS stockpile is being held at the Itsukame-Zainou facility aboard Zainou Biotech’s headquarters station in Isseras. This stockpile of approximately 12,000 subcompact TEBS represents the single largest collection of these devices, and priority access has been given to Zainou Biotech for analysis, reverse engineering, and potential production of derivative technologies.

It is our belief that Zainou Biotech is the best potential agent for further developing a novel cloning technology. With Zainou’s extensive market share in the field of cloning, access to the Ishukone corporate family’s original Jovian capsule data and its subsequent mating with TEBS technology, and Zainou’s pioneering work on digitization and simulation of mind states and the human consciousness, we expect great things. The unassailable dominance in subcompact TEBS acquisition can only help on this front.

Jaret Victorian will be serving as ARC’s liaison to Zainou in this area, and has already discussed potential employment of this technology for preservation of crew specialists, or other humanitarian deployments. Victorian is currently highlighting the potential for deployment aboard Citadels or ARC combat vessels engaging in Hive raids.

ARC currently reserves an additional stockpile of approximately 4,000 subcompact TEBS for future independent research or licensing agreements, to be overseen by Morwen Lagann.

Additionally, ARC will continue to seek out information on Laitanen’s rehabilitation, and the Schism organization.

Thank you, Ms. Lagann, Ms. Priano.

Technology is advancing with great strides. Roughly 120 years ago, we were given capsule technology which lessened the crew requirements for spaceships. Just a few years ago, we developed technology that could reduce the life lost in ground conflict. Now we have our hands on a technology designed to preserve the lives of the small craft pilots.

Guristas engaged in attacks, kidnappings and inhuman experiments to achieve this level of technology. It’s quite sad to see some of the brightest minds working for people who only have a lust for power in them. People were sacrificed in the process, were torn out of their lives, and were forced to fight for no cause of their own.

Fortunately, it turned out that immortals are not that easy to deal with, when they support one another.

With the amount of subcompact TEBS units acquired, we have more than enough samples for competent people to make this technology work for its true purpose - saving human lives, reducing the human cost of the conflict we haven’t yet escaped.

The sacrifices made by the kidnapped pilots will not be in vain. This technology shall not serve some fringe pirates interested in furthering their egoistic and corrupt agenda. It must be in the public domain and it will be in the public domain.

I will be doing an overview presentation on this technology and its potential during the SeyCon 118 and I invite everyone concerned with this matter to the conference.

I personally intended to use all 3 technologies or at least the capsule and the cloned soldier implant and I will perform operations in support of the Valkarye using these technologies and encourage others to do the same
