Annoying sell item bug

Repro:

Prereq: You're in a station and have at least two stacks of items in your items hangar.

1. Right click item A and sell. - opens sale window
2. Right click item B and sell - replaces open sale window
3. Sell item B - sale window goes away.
4. Right click item A and sell. bugs out as described below

When you do this you get a message saying "XXXX item is being sold" and the sale window is blank as in absolutely no widgets except the title bar X.. No matter how many times you close that window and try to sell item A it will continue doing this.

Workaround: undoc, redoc. Item can now be sold again.

This is especially annoying with flipping through items to review the market....some you'll sell right off and others you hold onto or think about. This bug makes a mess of that.
