Is there any station sell titan? or must produce by oneself?

You have to build them.

So join/make an alliance, claim sov and put the correct upgrades in the iHub and set up a POS for super construction

Titans take about 30 days to come out of build un researched iirc

good luck building titan on sisi , people for lolz and fun reinforce poses to break super/titan production .ccp doesnt ban the offenders and they keepdisrupting that so ebst is to ask around if any1 has one unwanted or fly in null dscanning around there was few supers lying around in drone space

same questen is: why we cant buy faction items and skill injectors? i want to test something ingame but must skill 30days for it. The progress is away if the server get a new mirror (if i haven't skilled it on the live server).
So i cant test the stuff at the moment where i need it.

The Option to buy them on TQ, took them in a ship and copy the ship on the Testserver is not the best way if you want to test something where you need 10-20 injectors only to see that all what you want to test didn't work. So you could test it directly on the liveserver and dont need the testserver.

I know that Singularity is for testing patches and new stuff but sometimes you have ideas to use the new stuff for some situations but cant test it without the skills. So only the "old guys" can test your stuff completly.
