It still exists

So why, good lords of realm CCP, have you disabled this feature/function?

How do I get it back OR when do you plan on returning this feature to the player base?

Currently your offerings, while they have some nice lighting effects on the floor, are abysmal, non-functioning and completely inappropriate for pretty much everyone in your game.

CQ is a massive part of the 'setting' I create when producing EvE related content and not having the ability to represent the groups I'm flying with is a major upset.

As you can see, having the ability to add a custom logo, or sequence to the screen would be an amazing feature for those of us producing content.
