We are currently renting out Chimera Constellation and Unicorn Constellation. For prices and available systems pls send me a message or convo me ingame.

- We only accept corps who are willing to join our renter alliance

- All the sov will be held by The-Culture so no sov bills. We pay for TCUs and IHUBS. Any upgrades you may want will be provided for Jita prices.

- Citadels can be deployed by us for a fee (we will hold the citadel, renters get access/control only)

- All stations are open for everyone in the renter alliance for refining etc.

- Ice belts are owned by the actual corp living in the system. It is their call to allow others to use them.

- R64s are not open for renters. If there are free R32s renters can tower them but are obligated to give them up in case the moon will be needed by us at some point. Anything below R32 is open for the corps.

- Pocos can be deployed by the renter corps in their system/s

- we are interested in buying minerals

- Defensive actions we will take: defend the space from sov-attacks, fightt off groups trying to live out of POSes/citadels in our space

- actions we will not take: form defense fleets for the casual pvp gang roaming through the space and looking for easy ganks, collapse wormholes

- Payments are due to the 1st of each month. weekly payments are not possible

individuals permitted? what are rules and actual prices ? ihub maintenance cost ? im bored in wormhole and looking for something less scary . maybe you can write out some spreadsheet about actual systems with prices so could pcik one

I added some details and a price list.

We only rent to corps. A one man corp would be possible but would obviously have a hard time to afford the rent.

We are tenants of T-C since roughly two months (we might have been the first ones, not sure about that) and, until now, we've been happy up here in 7-8S5X and the neigboring constellations :-)

We're a non-PvP corporation and focus strictly on Mining, Manufacturing, Hauling etc. Plus a bit of exploration for salvage. As such a corp, we rely on strrrrrrrong partners, since we would be unable to defend our assets ourselves. And since we moved in, those assets are 1 Astrahus and 6 POSes, which wouldn't have happenend without such an opportunity.

Their Intel works pretty good, we usually rely on it during hauling runs. We lost a ship once, but that was a neutral ganker about 13 jumps away from our home system while we were mining ice and Mercoxit, and it's been calculated risk.

And no, I don't have get benefits from Hetkor for saying this ^^ All I want is a politically stable neighborhood, so I profit indirectly from T-C's success. And they are my favorite customers, of course :-D
