I keep losing 5% on the bounties

Somehow whenever I kill an npc, its bounty is shaved by 5%. Thats BEFORE applying corp tax of 10%.

Its most obvious when killing burners or scarlet for 5m isk and then getting only 4750000 in green msg. Checked wallet and the number is correct. And after that, tax applies.

Am I missing something or is this a glitch?

Not enough info. What kind of space are you in? NPC null? Sov null. High sec?

I did try in game chat as much as I could, no idea came up. Its both npc/sov null, not sure what else is there to say except that every bounty gets a -5% in value. Doesn't matter which system, it always there. I didn't think that only I see this...

Isn't that the normal 5% bounty reduction in Null Sec which is in place since quite some time:

"After Rubicon 1.1 the payout for killing pirates in Null Sec is 95% of the actual bounty. So a pirate with a bounty of 100.000 ISK will give whomever killed it 95.000 ISK after the point release."

This won't show a -5% in the journal, which I suspect is what is being said here. Maybe screen shot the wallet journal showing just the transaction.
I have never seen this before. Even with an ESS, you don't see a second journal transaction.

If you look at the info on a NPC it states the 100% bounty. In Null however you only get 95% if there is no ESS in system.

So for example, if the NPC shows a 1 million Isk bounty in its info screen, you would get 950000 Isk instead.

Here I used to have a sig of our old Camper in space. Now it is disregarded as being the wrong format. Looking out the window I see one thing: Nothing wrong with the format of our Camper! Silly CCP......
