Can't use Neocom

Having a few UI problems with my neocom since Scope Network came out.
I'm unable to click anything above Personal Assets.
Hovering my mouse over the neocom buttons shows a popup window suggesting the mouse is over something else.

I am having a similar issue, I also cant select the system name in the top like "N-RMSH -0.1" to eithher drag the name into chat or open info.

*EDIT* It is the same way when i ran the client under WINE with the LinuxLauncher as well as in Windows 10. Tried changing from fullscreen to windowed to fixed. Did not change.
