Intergalactic Summit

Ok, I'm gonna admit, I didn't see the race live, as I usually don't follow the Tagushii league, but I watched the recording after a friend tipped me, and I must say...I'll probably be watching the rest of the season live, because team Haiian's astrogation made this veteran sub-warp racing champion watch with increasing amazement. It was nearly flawless, very intimidating, even for the defending champions Kimotoro Wind, who did not look like champions at all. I suspect the nerves got to them or something, because they are now a whopping 70 points behind Haiian, and this early in the season, that's a huge gap.

If Haiian keep this up, it's gonna be a beautiful season, and I might be tempted to host a viewing party in The Golden Masque or something. I know a lot of you don't like this sport, and some say that the winner is determined by who fields the best ships, but take it from me, strategy plays a part as well, and skill is a major factor. Haiian makes me wish I could test my skills against them.
So beautiful...so exciting...must see!
