They do.
We, for example are currently completely safe. Nobody can get in or out.

Some anomalies ( in system with pirate detection array ) have stopped respawn too.
At the moment I know about this problem with "Nation's" Rally Point and simple "Nation" Rally Point .

I hope they switch off docking-undocking effect as well (go epilepsy!!!) after server reboot.

Edit: and btw i don't demand any compensation. This is just weird to have a test server running and there are ALWAYS issues after a new content patch, causing us uncomfotable situations and taking away our payed game time. over and out
