While I'm here, just want to get this off my chest. I know things have changed now with guidance computers and the like but,
All those who recommended the heavy over ham because of the travel time to the target and did a deep and meaning full experiment and analysis on missile firing times and distance travelled times etc...waste of time because that argument assumes that your ship is stationary for each target, which it is not. While you are blowing up a ship you can be getting in range of another. Anyhoo, Hams have always finished missions quicker. End of rant.

The only time I ever break out the heavies is when the site I am running has some powerful electronic warfare tower sitting 60-70km away from the warp in. Like a few neut batteries for example. If it's far away and I have to kill it quickly, heavies.

Otherwise HAM all the way for the reason you stated.

Depends.. even with ALRM you're gonna need to travel around 30km to reach the towers, and on top of that if it's one of those dirty web/neut combos you're practically forced to use heavies.

Why is this being posted here? Why not take this forgotten thought back to the discussion you were already having.

Why are you acting like a forum nazi. This is a general discussion section. Have sex and travel.

Try not to do both at the same time if you're driving.
That could end badly.
