Daily reward not happening

Hello, I been blowing up NPCs a bit today, but not received my daily skill points reward. It's been over a day since my last reward, is this a bug or have they been taken out again? Saw nothing about it in the patch notes...

CCP removed that part of EVE with today's patch, read patch notes.

Edit: still couldn't find it in the patch notes, but I found it in the Upcoming changes forum.
