MWD or Prowler Cap Capacity nerf?

I was able to mwd forever before this last patch with my prowler, and now I can only burn for about 1:30..
Was there some mwd or ship ajustment?

I didn't read the patch notes but will if someone links them here.

Are you aware of capacitor debuff when fitting that module?

Are you aware of capacitor debuff when fitting that module?

I was able to use the mwd non-stop as long as I didn't use any other mod.. now I can't
I'm highly aware of the debuffs

Prop mod went through tiericide so some stats on them were changed.
