one char can't log into sisi, other char on same account logs in fine

the char that can't log in was logged off in a citadel which has since been taken down on TQ, maybe that's the problem?

when trying to log in, local chat window appears, station/citadel services window appears, login screen stays in the background and spinning wheel just keeps spinning...

a different char on the same account sitting in an npc station logs into sisi without any problems.

any advice would be much appreciated!

Please send a bug report from the client (F12), if anyhow possible (not sure if you can open F12 in this state).
