Launcher accounts wiped

Hey CCP ahahaha

Hahahah sorry CCP it's just too funny because my accounts got wiped yesterday, and two times today after rebooting my PC heheheehehe sorry it's just too funny to add all these accounts and not knowing why it wipes like that hahaaaha Pmaybe you could tell me what I'm doing wrong to prevent this but maybe it's a bad idea because it's too funny to do aaaaahahahaha it's good to laugh thank you Lol


Sadly the game forgot to wipe all my ingame settings and overviews this time, can you please fix that because that would be also very funny.

All they keep posting is that they cant replicate it.

I think it happens when the connection is lost to the launcher, so putting your pc to sleep while the launcher is over, or the connection getting dropped.

Highly annoying.
I Nuked all of eve yesterday - no settings - nothing, left on my system.. First time I have ever done that since I started..
This morning fire up the launcher and it shows 0 accounts.

After logging in with the first account, nearly all of the rest all magically appeared, Only one did not return.

Well I mean it's still a lot better with this launcher than with none, but sometimes I need to login in emergency a lot of accounts generally 16 and I expect to be able to do it in a very small time but I can't hehe and it's a bit long manually especially when it's not sorted anymore.

Now I always right click the launcher icon and press Exit before turning my pc off, I suppose it will improve things we'll see Smile

Has happened to me multiple times since I upgraded to the new launcher a few weeks ago, and just happened again. The launcher prompted me to reload the latest news, when I clicked the icon all my accounts disappeared -- again. I the past it normally happened when I exited and restarted the launcher.

How about adding a save/restore feature so I can save my accounts and reload then when the launcher forgets.

btw, I had 2 clients logged in at the time and didn't loose connection on those, and my desktop is never turned off so there's no problems related to hybernation, etc

What is amazing is how in the holy hell they manage to do **** like this. I mean it's a ******* list of logins. Can't be that hard to keep it saved somewhere.

At least it seems to help to login one account as rest showed up.

That is working as intended. If you wish for your accounts to auto-login then press the "Remember this account" checkbox when logging in. GUI 1.979 and onwards has had the account management cleaned up significantly, but should you come across any problems, don't hesitate to submit a bug report! :)

I know that I'm in goons so devs have certain views about us but not even goons are so stupid that they can't figure out what "remember this account" is for. Especially since the thing remembers them all for months and then suddenly a new improved launcher shows up and bam. Everything gone. Best that can be said is that at least it didn't delete any settings.
