With Serpentis unleashing capital ships in a few months are we going to be seeing Sleeper Capital ships as well in W-Space?

Yes. Right after the Sleeper: Frigates, Cruisers, Battlecruisers, Battleships, ammunition, modules, POS structures, NPC Stations, agent missions, faction standings, and of course skins.

nonono there will be no sleeper titans no sleeper dreads or sleeper carriers , none of those
but we should see in null npc freighters on asteroid belts in only ore space regular haulers for all other space, rorquals on belt only in ore space . as for wormholes we should get a sleeper haulr spawn that could drop decent amount of sleeper salvage and t3 components
