Ship disappeared druing Undocking action

Undocking button hang in "Abort undocking" state - I was still in dock, but couldn't undock because button was in "Abort undocking"
I exited from the client and when I returned back - my ship is disappeared (I got only 2 ships instead of 3) The missing ship is Destroyer Cormorant.
