Wrong number of Light Fighter Rocket Charges on SiSi

Each Light Fighter should hold 12 Rocket Charges per the Capital Changes thread, but at present on SiSi they only hold 8.

Hope to see this updated soon so people can more easily test things, thanks!

Is it me or does heavy rocket salvo on SiSi STILL has 8 missiles (not 12), but it's damage and explosion velociity are ALREADY reduced!!

Just pointing out one could interpret "We're aware" as "we are now aware" or "we have been aware".
