PI planet background freeze

When doing PI, sometimes the background planet image freezes, and the only way to clear it is to log off. This has happened over multiple toons, and clients. Both windows 10 and OSX. Attempted to file bug report with logs. logs would not upload. Tried to include google drive link to logs with bug report. The report does not yet show in My Reports, so Im not sure even that works!

This is still an issue for me, and it is killing my ISK! Having to reboot multiple times to complete a PI factory reset is a PITA. Anyone else having this issue?
