Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hello,

I have been experiencing the following issues since I have come back to the game. It isn't always consistent.

-When launching more than one client from the launcher, only one account will load. After a few minutes, the second account will finally show up, but when it does, the character selection screen takes ages to load as well.
-When docking or undocking from a station, the screen will keep the UI, so chat and overviews are still active or station menus but anything to do with the ship is frozen until the game finally catches up.
-When trying to change ships in station, I activate an un-piloted ship and nothing happens. I am stuck in station in the old ship and unable to do anything. This makes joining coordinated fleets next to impossible.
-The main EVE website is slow to load, including account.

Am I missing something? What do I do to improve my game play experience. I might just set the game down and become a zombie skill queue logger until these issues go away.
