does downtime repair bubbles?

I've shot a large bubble pre-dt, then server went down as the bubble had no armor left.
After 5 minutes of DT, all of its shield and armor was restored to full!!

This doesnt seem right to me.

I am 95% sure it does not, I shot a small bubble and it only had 30% structure left and didn't repair much at all during downtime.

Robert, go to the bubble in question if you can and press "PRNT SCR" and file a bug report. Sometime a downtime acts as going back in time and might reset missions or move bookmarks and the weirdest things.
