Can't do anything (BUG)

So I've been off for a few days, work and what not, I get back on for the first time in a week and undock when I notice, nothing works. I can't move my ship, at all. I can't align, warp, change speed, nothing. I was close enough that I could still redock, amazed it let me but after undocking a second time my screen just went black. I still have all the windows and overlay so I could talk in chat and what not but nothing else loaded. My friend saw me floating in open space but there was nothing I could do. So I logged off safely and came back on, the problem is still there. I can't align or warp to anything. I'm trapped in open space. What's going on with EVE?

Try clearing the cache files ingame (if you can).
