cannot connect to tranquility

Yesterday I found that I could not connect to tranquility.
After running launcher and sign in, click 'play'. Then hang there , It says that: Login Authenticating ... After a long time, the screen turns black. Several minutes later, a window pop out and says: Connection lost, socket was closed!
I try to ping tranquility.servers.eveonline.com , and all request time out. But I can ping eveonline.com successfully. And pass the network diagnostic, both basic test and download test.

Anyone can help me out of this problem?

or there is a second way: After running launcher and sign in, it hang in Login Authenticating... Several minutes later, a window pop up and says: Connection failed, Connection Timeout , the server did not respond to the client's secure-handshake request within a reasonable amount of time.

And I already tested to log into test server, singularity. And it works!
I also can ping singularity.servers.eveonline.com and duality.servers.eveonline.com successfully.

problem solved! It seems like my local network have some trouble currently.
