Hello

My previous account was Iso47, and well I need him back from Doomheim.
I have sent a petiton but I'm not sure if I will get a response.

I want to ask you guys, cause the forums on the internet seem very lacking in information.

I had this character from 2010 and I bio massed cause of the corp history, but I really need him
back. Creating a character from scratch is hard work.

I know I will get a good bashing but I'm ready for the fire.

Thank you
Hector

As far as I know account information is always kept, but a bio-massed character is gone. Apparently that's why it goes into a 24hr cooldown, to give you chance to change your mind..

As always, others might know better.

Solecist Project...." They refuse to play by the rules and laws of the game and use it as excuse ..." " They don't care about how you play as long as they get to play how they want."

Welcome to EVE.

In the past I have had 2 corp mates who have bio-massed a character and changed their minds.

The first 1 changed their mind a couple of days later and CCP 'un-deleted' the character.

The second chap sent the ticket it monthst and months later (5 if I remember correctly) and was unsuccessful due to the data no loger being available.

Just send the support ticket and see what CCP can do.

It's up to CCP, and you have to be patient with the petition, and nice to them so you don't **** them off.

They put the character in Doomheim (it's a special corp) instead of deleting it from the database specifically so that it's not deleted and can be restored. Otherwise you'd get "this character does not exist." So theoretically it's possible to restore the character to you, but it depends on their other terms and policies for such things.

So be patient and let them respond to the petition.
