there are sites of varying level of difficulty in incursion constellations.

Do you want to solo all of them or do you just want to know if some of them are soloable?

afaik, you can't solo incursions. rats there hits hard with omni damage and hard to kill since they also have omni resists.

if you want to do incursions, you need to form your own fleet or join public fleets run by incursion runners.

i tried it for a couple of runs but it's not my thing. i joined TDF, good people, they run armor fleets. :)

Incursions are fairly high level content and are meant to be done in a group, not solo.

When a system has an incursion, all player ships are weaker than normal inside that system, and the incursion pirate ships are stronger than normal.

Most player fleets for incursions use battleships for dps, although you can get into an incursion player fleet with a logistics cruiser.

if you want to try fighting incursion pirates solo, perhaps use the test server Singularity. All ships and modules on the test server cost 100 isk each, but you will still need to train your skills. The test server has incursions just like the live server, but being attacked by other players is rare (it's against the test server rules to attack another player in most systems, even in lowsec and nullsec, but some players on the test server do ignore those rules).

Incursions are group content; people forming a fleet to deal with a menace.

The fleet typically has 1 or more ships focused on resistances and tanking (and not much damage), and several logistics cruisers to remote repair the tank, because the damage that the NPCs do is too great for self-repair or a single ship to repair. The fleet also has to have sufficient DPS to overcome and kill the NPCs.

Incursions are the equivalent of "raids" in other MMO's (like world of warcraft) where 40 people band together to kill the various dragons that roam around the world.

You won't be able to do it solo.

Im guessing this is tied to your other thread.

1) you cannot solo incursion. You will die. This is a certainty.

2) incursions only pay out LP once the mother site is completed. This usually takes a bout a week, because people want to farm as much isk/LP as possible before the incursion moves to another region.

3) you will get more isk from incursions than LP. Each site pays about 28 million isk, and 7000 LP. 7000 LP is generally considered to be worth about 7 million isk.

4) you need, at a minimum, a battleship and 70 percent resists across the board for your shield resists(em, thermal, kinetic and explosive). This is generally the minimum requirement to join an incursion fleet.

I would suggest joining warp to me, they are a great newbie incursion fleet community. But the isk you get will be far greater than the LP, that you will consoder the LP as just a side bonus.

You can solo Scout and Vanguard sites. Something like a marauder works best. Though sites take ages and you get almost no payout as they have minimum payout caps. 3 for Scout and 5 for Vanguard.

Most people saying it isn't possible are ones who only do Headquarter sites/sit on a wait list to do HQ sites for half the day.

Join a pubbie group. The in-game channel "Incursion public" has a list of them.

1) You can solo it (scouts and vanguard sites), tested, done. However, considering how much time it takes to finish one solo and the fact that you get very small reward for not having enough people on grid, it makes it extremely unprofitable. Example is Vanguard sites, they pay out 10 mill ISK if you have 6 - 10 people on grid. If you have more or less then that, payouts are drastically reduced.
