Thanks for the bid Lumina, still too low though, had bids of 18 and 19.5 so far but I think 22 is as low as i'll go with him, sorry.

Gall + Cald + Amarr cruiser 5
flies HACS and Recons too

not stellar combat but better than some out there and very handy to have a char that can fly decent ships while all your jobs are running.
