The Black Hand is currently reviewing applications for combat, comedy and collaboration focused individuals of active state in the US/EU timezone, our current memberbase in the US timezone is specifically lacking, with a large recruitment drive taking place to rectify the demand for 23/7 availability of staff. At this point in time with are specifically focused on bulking out our PVP division numbers, ratters and miners are fine, however there is an expectation for them to actively participate in fleet ops regularly.

We have a command structure in place, with the directors of divisions working closely with each other to create an environment based on trust, teamwork and above all else, 'fun mechanics'.

We are a close-knit community of players based in null sec, working collaboratively towards a set of common goals, benefits of signing up include, but are not limited to :

Corporate Expectations

As a null sec corporation, taking part in a wider coalition, we have certain expectations for your time with us, If you disagree with any of the requirements below, then we are not the corporation for you :

• Respect your fellow members
• A minimum of 15 million skillpoints, and a willingness to train towards doctrine fits
• Members will be active, and take an active approach towards taking part in alliance and coalition operations (we're not asking for 100 fleets a week!)
• Make use of the voice communication channels provided to you as often as you can, it's a useful tool and a voice says more than text
• Collaborate internally with the management team and other members to drive the corporation forward.
• Ensure that you have active service subscriptions as part of the services which are available to you.
• Respect and ensure the security of the alliance and wider coalition.

Strategic Direction

We are currently working through a period of transition following a change of direction of corporate goals, and this is certainly an exciting time to join our ranks, We may be small however our focus is on recruiting the 'right' members, not just numbers.
