For anyone who wants to...even though they are probably on -10 already.

Liek Darz = worth almost 3 billion alone in bounty.
John Rockhold-II
Plasma Death = 275 million in bounty.
Pellion Pendragon = 10 million in bounty

Have fun.

They are all -10 anyway. Killrights are irrelevant. Anyone can shoot them.
What I'm getting from this is: Grr Code.. Why you kill my Retriever?

"red bowl" used in medeval guilding smells like a dead thing.

"size" used to afix goldleaf to the aformentioned red bowl , smells like vodka ...with a dead thing in it.

The "torpedos" in "Damn the torpedos, full speed ahead" were what we would now call mines.

Of course I do. They are -10 so technically anyone can kill them anyway but here is in character reason:

It was a dark day in outer space like most days. A group of miners were doing their usual daily routine of mining in high sector to provide mineral to some buyers. Before we knew about it we were shot upon and killed for not having "mining permit" to mine in high sec. We were asked if you understood why we were killed, we ignored this and left without saying good bye. We yelled "We will revenge our dead brethren, as we all went back to safe alliance region to mine mercoxit in peace" . We were marked red and rude, we marked them red and asshats.

Because the CODE rule is that we are first suppose to be asked, talked to and pay the fee if we want to, this goes against the code rules and thus we feel obligated to share the kill rights and ask for justice! We decided that it would be easier if someone just knew that the killright are open for grab and if they see at least the CODE player they are free to kill him. This to our sane mind seems like a better solution than miners taking up arms against soldiers of war.

We are miners. So the information is here that its not a problem killing these aggressive creature and especially the player from CODE who broke their own procedure. We didn't get any of the opportunity that is suppose to be given to active miners!

Step 1 - "- Mining indulgences may be purchased for 10 million isk per character, and are good for one year, subject to forfeiture."

If not

Step 2 - " If a miner does not wish to purchase a mining indulgence, he may still be granted a one-day reprieve, if he is able to correctly answer the Supreme Protector's Questions Three."

We never got the chance to do either, thus as per our logic this is injustice and also goes against their own law. So we are asking for justice. We can't take CODE seriously if their contributors do not follow their own rules, law or regulations! Justice!

Out of character:

I don't mind dying but if there are "in game/character law" I expect the courtesy of being given the fun choices and then go through the consequences. Not being given it, I put it up for all to grab or otherwise. Simple as that. Take it or not. The info and reminder is above. No need to spam or troll, or whatever. If you are not interested to use it then move to another forum thread. If you are like some players you might want "in character" reason to hunt someone. So there it is. Enjoy!

That alliance name made me think of the infamous short story Squad Broken. After reading that RP drivel I get the feeling that this is not a coincidence.

Making New Eden a better place 8 rounds of Void at a time.

Funny, smartest, pretty and relevant. Pick 3.

Why is it that characters with the toughest, most macho sounding names always seem to be wailing for assistance and/or complaining?

(+1 for taking the time to write up the story though OP)

I find RP fun so I might as well use the mechanic or incident to have some emergent RP fun. :)
Everyone is just playing their way and trying to have fun, at least these people have some website, structure and so on to turn it into RP. So yeah.

It is all good fun, no one is complaining or anything.

I was pretty much speaking in generalities, having seen this whine thread just a few minutes before yours (check the OP's name!)...and my original comment more or less wrote itself lol :)

For an RPer, you have a horrible looking miner there. He looks nothing like a miner.

Maybe you should consider doing some pirate stuff.

Haha. I did point it out above.

There is a history behind him. Then again, that is stereotyping. :P

Where do you get your knowledge of the Code from? AG channel? Maybe you should read it, because there is no provision in there by which an Agent is obligated to contact you first. Obviously you knew about the Code and your wrong doing all along and you just want to space-lawyer yourself out of the trouble thief!

If you want to mine in New Order territory you need a mining permit. Every miner knows this, there is no excuse anymore if your ship blows up because you violated the law.

P.S. sharing the killright is considered treason rebel! Better stay out of Highsec!

I will bite...reply...and play a long. :P

1. I checked your website and what not.

2. No, I never heard about the code until that incident. You have been a nobody to me for a decade. You should put up marketing board because you guys are terrible at making it clear. In fact, for the last decade I have only been managed to be killed 5 times and those are the times I do not use my cloaks. :P

3. Everyone knows there is no such thing as New Order Territory or mining permit. We all know you are scammers and rogue agents, as per my recent research about CODE.

4. Let us pretend you do own high sec (which we know you don't, no one cares). Let us also pretend it cost 10 million ISK a year to mine in high sec( most new miners in high sec don't even have that money, scammer). Out of sheer organizational curiosity, how do you guys keep track of this? How do you send out a valid permit? How do you check if it is valid when you see someone with a mining permit? How do you know if it is out of date?

5. Regardless of what you pretend to be or say. If what you say is true to you, and you truly believe it you will respect my argument and give me my mining permit.

I lost my ship and the person got my bounty, ISK and everything else I had at the time. Which is worth more than 10 million ISK. So I have paid my permit for the next 4 years. So let us play your game... where is my permit? ;)

There is no specification on how to pay the 10 million ISK, so I paid it by dying. There is no rule, law or any exceptions in your rules per today. So you guys owe me your "mining permit" for 4 years. And will leave me alone as per your rules you ask for minimum 10 million ISK.

If you want me to acknowledge CODE. you must acknowledge that I have paid for my miners permit as it doesn't state in what form the ISK should be given. Thus, I argue you and CODE. owe me 4 years permit. So please mail me this "permit" and I will play a long for now.

Thank you, I will wait for this permit otherwise I will not acknowledge your rules or that you own high sec. As my argument stands solid until you can prove an old rule, that is not added or updated after this post that says it has to be paid with hard earn wallet transaction or donation. If not, give me my permit. Twisted
