You really think your 20k isk t1 frig should survive against a 2.5 bil isk capital ship? They are right where they should be. Bring a dread or a fleet next time .

Price is a stupid argument for that, a small fast frigate should not get blaped instantly, sure the example is very bad cause a ton of of stuff pops a condor at 105kms. But the fact is that a carrier can blap a linked/snaked ceptor solo, which is horrible.

Wow, wow, wow, wait a minute, aren't you the guy that permanently says a carrier, which costs not as much as a pimp pirate BS, should not be able to perform well against subcaps?
How does that correlate with your latest statement?

It really isn't - this is exactly what they are designed to do. there are plenty of ships that can insta blap Frigs. There are also pretty big downsides to carriers too; besides the slow cumbersome traits of a capital ship their primary weapon is very vulnerable. In the past small ships have outclassed big ones, carriers being one of those were glorified jump freighters. Now they are actualy worth using. They certainly aren't OP, plenty die every day and there are plenty of counters to them i.e. Dreads, T3 fleets, supers etc... Now CCP needs to fix battleships and siege mechanics. 1 min seige cycle anybody?

I'm seriously sick of all this whining, CCP did a good thing .

People just crying they have to actually try instead of orbiting with an interceptor forever until help comes

thats 99% of pvp after all, people crying as loud and hard as possible insulting anyone who points out their methods are pathetic

GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!

Light Fighters application will get changed!
Their basic attack will now apply even better on small targets!
Missile swarm will apply worse, have less alpha, but you now have to deal with 12 Volleys instead of 8 per squadron!

Making it impossible for an interceptor to hold down a carrier until help arrives is probably bad for pvp. It makes the 'gate of 100 bubbles' too strong. It's getting too easy to just bubble up a pipe or side spur of systems and carrier rat risk free in null.

Between the changes to the watch list and carriers being able to insta wonk sub capitals CCP is sending a clear message they don't want anyone hunting capital ships with anything but luck and cynos.

A carrier, taking years to train well, costing billions to field one should be able to be held down by a t1 frigate... Great thinking

CCP finally do something correct, right out of the gate and people still cry. This game lol. Bear

OP of this thread is too good, he should run for PM with this kinda critical thinking he would be great for the UK Tory party.

Oh, I perfectly understand, Hal Morsh — a mission like this requires courage, skill, and heroism… qualities you are clearly lacking. Have you forgotten you're one of the bloody immortals!?

Judging by the massive nerf to rocket salvos' damage and application, warp scramblers shutting down fighter's speed boost, and massive nerf to NSA, the OP's side wins out. Good fight, OP.

Let me login here in a bit and see how bad the damage is.
