i asked about it and i dont even get a answer

i always get a answer on a support ticket
even when i call them realy bad names ..^ ^
but now they changed something on a sneaky way and they dont wanna come out for it
so they hide for my question
but they are not allowed to change the game without notifications.. we pay for the game so they should ask for accept at everry update
i spended days for nothing ccp should pay me biljons ......
