On any of my accounts i cannot redeem any supercapitals any more, was this intentional?

Take SOV then deploy a POS with an SSAA. Or arrange to acquire one from a player that has one.

buy it on TQ then board it wait for mirror on sisi , still sit on that ship . just get alt and put the super in.
