i have deposits of ore in 7 depots within 10 jumps from my home base my Q is can I sell them while im in my homebase rather than having to ferry it to my base I have skills L2 marketing, procurement, retail, L3 daytrading L4 trade if it is possible what am I missing

Yes you can, but only in the same region.

You need marketing at L3 to set them up 10 jumps away though.

You can use Eve-central to check sell and buy prices at your nearest hub to figure out how much profit you're trading for convenience.
