Math:
First 5 Million Skill Points / 500,000 per injector = 10 Injectors
Second 5.2 Million Skill Pints / 400,000 per injector = 13 Injectors

Total 23 Injectors x 600,000,000 current going rate(actually a little low) = 13,800,000,000.

Actually 1.8 Bill lower than Injecting.
