sorry, I can't accept them, thats a lesser value than completely clean BPO's, these are near max researched

Lets not kid ourselves here, from research level 8 to level 10 takes 3 or 4 times the time from 0->8. I'll give you NPC price for all the blueprints.

no need to be rude, and I have to decline, 8/16 is still far better than no research, thus worth more than market value of Clean BPO's
