Out of Pod Experience

Due to my line of work in publishing and in technology (computer programming is a mode of expression, as programs also are in essence expression), one of my boss, who lets his employees run their own business referred me to the UN in relation to this since my freedom of expression was being attacked.

Now, we're not talking about someone who shouldn't have this right because either he is not protected by law to have rights to protection of his programs, or about someone who is not doing publishing to impart others with information.

The reference to this is the Freedom of Expression and Opinion Special Rapporteur to the UN .
They also have links to the many reviews by this organization for points, facts and laws related to this, such as criticism, and how it is sometimes unfairly restrained by certain entity, even when rightful criticism is due.

They do cover many points, including communication, and , in case of misinformation, have recourse in place to correct the problems.

I will add the links to the reference in this thread or another thread if this one gets locked due to personal attacks (as the other 35% + of my other 300 + threads).

That entity still exist and does global surveys to continue their study and improve it.
They also keep track of events related to this for future and past crediting / discrediting as the case may be.

My final in systems analysis had to deal with overcharging, which, funny enough, extended to the legal sector at a future time, although it was limited to a business scope without other legal authority at first.
It still happens today, whether it is attacks of some form or another, or an attempt to try to forfeit records of amounts of overcharge...

No, that would be getting ahead of myself, and we're not allowed to discuss personal attacks as it is construed as rant.
I'm not writing about anything special or about a case, but about the principle of the right.
I'm also not writing about that that want to silence me, even though that is used for competition and aggression as opposed to violence.
The original project facilitated accurate record keeping of the amounts, like on the EVE markets.
Sure there are margin scam, but even that is accurate and traceable.

Also, it would be easier to reply question after the references are described.
