You may want to take a long look at the character market and SP values. In my opinion, you're way WAY off in you value for such a low SP toon. You can't Drain him below 5mil and it costs you extractors to do it too. I can nearly build a toon from scratch for what you are asking. The cost of the books would simply allow me to name the character and create the look I want. GL and, if you want to be more reasonable, I might be interested in making an offer.

you would need 16 injectors: that is a bit more then 9.6b without counting books which is negligible

so 6b is unrealistic?Lol


if so 6b out 9b "lets round it" if 2/3 is "nearly" you better go back to math lessons
