AFAIK, never. They can't be deployed in Jita, Amarr, Dodixie and Hex or the other Minmatar hub.

There is no benefit for an XL over an L for a market, especially in highsec.

There is a fortizar in Hek (Which apparently is no longer a trade hub....RIP, F etc)

Yeah, I guess Hek was downgraded to "Dwarf Trade Hub".

It is possible to earn back investment to set up Fortizar with broker fees and set up a new one when it explodes. It is quiet impossible to do that with Keepstar. Not to mention that highsec pirates would love to have first Keepstar killmail.

Good question.
Sales tax would probably be about the same value of a super carrier so my guess is you will never see one in a sell order.

Sadly we don't get a notification mail when one explode and our orders are cancelled or our stuff is in transit.

I discovered that a citadel I had used to refine and that had some leftover minerals had been destroyed only because I casually looked the safety tab.

Whole Minmatar space and Great Wildlands region are in serious depression. Trade volume in Rens is really low and market is very heavily manipulated. I assume that some of the Amamake citizens has something to do with it...

It would be nice if the highways could collapse.

For example some route between certain gates could break randomly. Stargate maintenance or something like that.

Empire is too static while real world is quite opposite.

As a highsec pirate, there is absolutely, positively no way I want to be involved in shooting up a Fortizar let alone a Keepstar in a no-dreadnought environment.

New FW rewamp should make war 4-sided. Gallente will fight minmatar and caldari will fight amarr. It would be great (I know its an impossible wish, but christmas is comming) if there will be low sec zones between empires, all of them. So you can not get from amarr to jita or from Dodixie to Hek through high sec. Even bigger joke would be making JIta part of warzone... That would disturb static high sec even more. ;)))

There are no sell orders for keepstars in any of the trade hubs or in the dwarf trade hub.
