Overview Not Locking When I Hold Down Control

For some reason my overview no longer 'locks' when I hold down my control key waiting for a target to uncloak on a gate for example.

Is it a bug or something I've messed up?

Does the icon column header change to a padlock by any chance?

Also, is your mouse outside of the overview when this happens or inside it? I've noticed the overview sometimes fails to lock completely if your mouse is not somewhere in the overview window when holding CTRL (for me at least).
