Sharing window/shortcut setups accross multiple characters/accounts

I've tried creating new profiles in launcher and updating it to my preferred settings, but it doesn;t seem to work the way I was hoping.

What I want is to be able to set my window positions, channels, shortcuts, display/graphics settings on one account and then use the same settings on a few of my other accounts. Is there a way to make that happen?

Before you launch the game you can see gear icon after account name. Click on the icon then choose a profile

the way u want can be done manually (would be nice to have a built in option tho)

Thays what i tried, but the settimgs arent carried over.
