How do you LOAD a probe formation?

I see how I can change my probe formation manually, and save the formation, but I can't find any way to LOAD the formation after I've saved it. I have looked everywhere. Help?

His video has a different interface than I have. Mine just has an option to "Save formation", it doesn't let me name it, or reload it later.
