Completed Epic Arc (Syndication) no standings increase?

As the title states. Completed the mission, got my 'black eagle drone link augmenter' but no Gallente Faction standing increase. Relogged, still no increase. Did I do something wrong?

Also filed a petition.

It's known issue with epic arcs. Sometimes I get sometimes I don't get. Only GMs can fix the issue.
